Conditions.

Dev Hasnain provides freelance web development and design services, including but not limited to:

• WordPress, Shopify, and custom-coded website development
• UI/UX design, Figma-to-HTML conversion, and design systems
• Speed optimization, SEO, and performance tuning
• Post-launch support, maintenance, and consulting

The scope of work for each project is defined in a written proposal before any work begins.

Standard payment structure for freelance projects:

• 50% upfront deposit required to secure the project slot and begin work.
• 50% upon completion, before final handover and deployment.
• Larger projects (above $2,000) may be split into 3 milestone payments — discussed in the proposal.
• All prices are quoted in USD or PKR and are fixed for the agreed scope. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately.

Estimated timelines are provided in each proposal and start once the deposit is received. Timelines may be extended if:

• Client feedback is delayed beyond 3 business days
• Content, assets, or access credentials are provided late
• Scope changes are requested after project kickoff

The number of revision rounds is defined per package. Additional revisions beyond that are billed at an hourly rate of $25/hour.

Upon full payment:

• All custom code, designs, and deliverables created for the project become the client's property.
• Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock images, licensed tools) remain under their respective licenses.
• Dev Hasnain retains the right to display the completed work in his portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

To ensure smooth delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, images, and access credentials in a timely manner
• Respond to feedback requests within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure any provided content does not infringe on third-party copyrights
• Provide accurate business and technical information relevant to the project

Because freelance development services involve significant upfront time and effort:

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If the project is cancelled by the client mid-way, work completed up to that point is billed accordingly.
• If the project cannot be delivered due to Dev Hasnain's fault, a partial or full refund will be issued for the undelivered portion.

Dev Hasnain is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from use of the delivered website or code
• Third-party service outages (hosting, plugins, payment gateways)
• Issues arising from client-side modifications after final handover
• SEO or ranking outcomes, which depend on many external factors beyond development

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
